Job Overview:
Treetop ABA Therapy is looking for a highly organized and people-oriented Case Scheduler to join our expanding team In this role, you'll be responsible for assigning Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to new cases, maintaining communication with families and RBTs, and ensuring that all schedules are accurately managed in our scheduling software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and efficiently assign RBTs to new cases.
  • Maintain open communication with families and RBTs throughout the case lifecycle, addressing any concerns or schedule changes.
  • Input and update schedules in our scheduling software.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth initiation and continuation of therapy services.
  • Adapt to time zone requirements (MST and CST) for daily operations.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM EST, allowing us to accommodate and support our regions in MST and CST.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both via phone and email, to effectively engage with families, RBTs, and clinical staff. This includes the ability to clearly articulate information, actively listen to concerns, and provide prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Previous experience in scheduling or case management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software is preferred.
  • Experience in medical scheduling is preferred but not required.
  • ABA experience is preferred but not required.
  • RBT experience preferred but not required.
