We are seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Manager to join our team and play a vital role in driving quality excellence throughout our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality management system. You will work closely with all departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure our products and services meet the highest standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in our company's manufacturing procedures and ensure they are documented accurately and effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer and regulatory agency audits.
  • Maintain and update the company's quality system documentation.
  • Develop and implement clear and concise procedures for various manufacturing operations, collaborating with operations personnel for optimal workflow.
  • Analyze and track key quality metrics, including on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and internal rework rates.
  • Manage safety and regulatory compliance programs.
  • Identify, develop, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues proactively.
  • Monitor and maintain supplier quality performance metrics, including approvals, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare first article inspection reports and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing quality systems like ISO 9001 and AS9100 (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-10 years of experience in a quality management or related role.
  • Hands-on and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
