Job Title: Veterinary Client Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Client Services Representative to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our hospital team, you will provide exceptional client service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

Job Summary:

The Veterinary Client Services Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding client service, managing medical records, and communicating effectively with clients, doctors, and support staff. This role requires a strong working knowledge of veterinary hospital practice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think logically and problem-solve effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage medical records, including paper and electronic records, and ensure accurate and efficient documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and support staff, conveying information and knowledge in a positive and productive manner.
  • Participate in a positive manner in all group sizes, supporting team members and engaging in active problem-solving.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think logically and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong working knowledge of veterinary hospital practice, including terminology and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
