Reporting Structure

The Planner, Ecommerce reports directly to the Director, DTC Planning. 

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Build annual demand budget by forecasting daily traffic, conversion, AOV, and UPT for the e-commerce business by partnering with digital marketing, digital experience, site, and data teams by understanding expected growth by channel, site, and customer behaviors, selling patterns by department, and other marketing, promotional historical demand.Manage and update monthly OTB (Open to Buy Forecast for Net Sales, Gross Margin, Returns, Markdown vs. Full Price based on the demand forecast).Partner with Retail Store Planner and Wholesale teams to create DTC Promotional Calendar to forecast promotional sales plans including sales, margin, inventory while executing strategic promotional pricing and proposing strategies to liquidate excess inventory.Establish annual/seasonal classification level receipt budget by month and develop SKU plans.Create seasonal, monthly, and weekly plans by department.Manage and update replenishment style sales and on-order forecast bi-monthly.Identify, communicate, and implement strategic business opportunities.Assist in automating reporting process, run ad hoc reporting as needed.Creation of Monday reports and recaps used to analyze business and direct actions.Collaborate with cross-functional business partners on business needs.

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:

At minimum 3 years of experience in planning or buying.E-commerce background preferred but not required.Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.Able to manage own priorities and set own work objectives and proactively identify business issues and develop creative solutions.Must be a quick learner that is flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.Must be an excel master with the ability to build excel models.Excellent retail math and mathematical skills.Strong communication/multi-tasking skills.Ability to work cross functionally in a collaborative environment.
