Job Description:

Position: Construction Superintendent Experience: 10+ Years Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Enforcing strict safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Supervising and mentoring on-site construction teams to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency.
  • Keeping detailed records of project progress, materials, and costs.
  • Reporting project updates and issues to upper management.
  • Traveling to project sites as required to meet project needs.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong preference for experience in industrial projects, especially Big Box Warehouses.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them rigorously.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with construction management software is a plus.
