- Establish and uphold safety protocols specific to each project site.
- Analyze contract timelines and contribute to workforce planning.
- Engage with field teams to navigate installation obstacles.
- Organize and manage electronic documentation for effective control.
- Collaborate with team members to assign tasks and foster positive relationships with subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial electrical sector.
- Preferred certifications include PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management credentials.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with software tools such as Procore, NetSuite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office 365.
