Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a detailed submittal and procurement tracking system.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budget adherence and forecasting.
  • Enhance productivity and address any operational challenges encountered on-site.
  • Establish and uphold safety protocols specific to each project site.
  • Analyze contract timelines and support workforce planning efforts.
  • Work closely with field teams to navigate installation complexities.
  • Oversee digital document management systems for efficient record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to assign tasks and foster positive contractor relationships.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial electrical sector.
  • Possession of PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management credentials is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with Procore, NetSuite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office 365 is essential.
