Cetera Investments is currently seeking an Operations Associate for our Mutual Fund Operations in St. Cloud, MN. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and provide operational support and world-class customer service to our clients.

What you will do:

· Process the daily trade files from our trade vendors

· Process any trade rejects, and notify appropriate parties

· Daily balancing of trades

· Processing Share class conversions

· Work with Supervisor on Audit items

· Respond to telephone inquiries from internal and external customers, including registered representatives, regarding account status, account changes, and processes.

· Perform research as requested on customer accounts.

· You will partner with other team members to ensure financial professionals experience consistent, high-quality customer service.

· Other duties as assigned.

What you need to have

· High School Diploma or GED

· 1+ years of operations experience

· 1+ years of experience with MS Office tools
