Responsibilities

Customer Assistance and Sales: Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, addressing inquiries and requests in a timely manner while also identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional coverage or policy upgrades.

Policy Management and Sales Support: Assist clients with policy updates, claims processing, and other insurance-related tasks, actively engaging in sales discussions to promote relevant products or services.

Issue Resolution and Sales Recovery: Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all clients and utilizing sales techniques to retain customers and potentially upsell during the resolution process.

Documentation and Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference, including details of sales opportunities identified and pursued.

Client Education and Sales Consultation: Educate policyholders on insurance coverage options, helping them make informed decisions while also presenting additional products or services that may enhance their coverage or meet their needs.


Requirement

Excellent Communication and Sales: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues, conveying sales messages persuasively and clearly.

Customer Focus and Sales Orientation: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction, while also possessing a sales-oriented mindset to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

Problem-Solving Ability and Sales Resolution: Proven capability to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and offer sales-driven solutions in a timely manner.

Attention to Detail and Sales Documentation: Meticulous attention to detail when handling policy information, documentation, and client requests, ensuring accurate recording of sales interactions and opportunities.

Team Player and Sales Collaboration: Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively within a team environment and support colleagues as needed, including collaborating on sales strategies and initiatives.
