- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum requirement of intermediate Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- 6 months experience in customer service preferred
- Typing speed of 25 WPM required
- Strong verbal, listening, and written communications skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills required
- Excellent attendance history is required
- Must pass mandatory background checks which may include pre-screenings, illegal drug tests, and credit check
