Perform financial transactions, such as account balance inquiries, fund transfers, and bill payments. Proactive Member Support: Proactively identify members’ needs and recommend suitable financial products and services. Stay informed about our offerings, including insurance, investments, and mortgage options. Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver 5-star customer service, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Build rapport with members and create lasting relationships. Performance Metrics and Sales Goals: Meet quarterly performance metrics and service objectives. Achieve quarterly sales goals by promoting relevant products to members.Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role. Ability to actively listen to member needs and tailor financial product recommendations accordingly. Comfortable working within deadlines and maintaining stellar customer service in a fast-paced environment. Excellent listening skills, with the ability to ask probing questions, address objections, and understand member concerns. Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.Compensation and Benefits:
CXC Step Increase Program: After 90 days, CSRs receive a $1 pay rate increase based on performance. Starting pay: $ $1500 Training Completion Bonus after 90 days (paid out the following quarter).Uncapped quarterly bonus incentives based on sales performance and attendance. Benefits include traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K matching, and accrued Paid Time Off. Special employee pricing on lending products (subject to eligibility criteria).Work Environment:
Hours of Operation: M-F, 6 am - 6:30 pm. The current opening is for the closing shift; candidates must be aware of this requirement.
