Overview:

Job Location: Needham, MA – Hybrid (3-4 days onsite per week required)

As the Senior Vice President (SVP) IT Product Management & Engineering, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the digital technology strategy for SharkNinja. You will lead technical and strategic teams responsible for Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Data, IoT, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, and Consumer Touch Points across various channels such as direct-to-consumer, marketplace, social, loyalty, and user experience/customer experience (UX/CX). Your primary objective will be to drive innovation, optimize processes, and enhance the overall digital experience for our external/internal customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

Provide strategic leadership in defining and executing the digital technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.Collaborate with executive leadership to establish clear goals, priorities, and performance metrics for digital technology initiatives.Lead cross-functional teams to foster innovation, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Digital Product Development:

Oversee the development and implementation of digital products and solutions across various platforms, including web, mobile, and IoT devices.Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to development, testing, and deployment.Ensure that digital products meet high standards of quality, security, scalability, and performance.

Enterprise Applications and Data:

Manage enterprise application portfolios, including ERP, CRM, and other mission-critical systems.Define strategies for data management, integration, and governance to unlock the value of enterprise data assets.Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to enhance agility, efficiency, and innovation in application development and data management.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML):

Lead initiatives to leverage AI and ML technologies to drive business insights, automation, and personalization.Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML algorithms to improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and decision-making processes.Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions at scale.

Consumer Touch Points:

Enhance consumer touch points across multiple channels, including direct-to-consumer platforms, marketplaces, social media, and loyalty programs.Drive the development of intuitive and engaging user experiences (UX) and customer experiences (CX) that differentiate our brand and drive customer satisfaction.Leverage data and analytics to gain insights into consumer behavior and preferences, driving targeted marketing and personalized experiences.

Team Development and Talent Management:

Build and develop high-performing teams of digital technologists, product managers, engineers, and designers.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the digital technology organization.Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members to support their growth and career advancement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.10+ years of experience with a proven track record of leadership in digital technology, product management, or related roles.Demonstrated expertise in leading digital transformation initiatives, including the development and deployment of enterprise-scale digital products and solutions.Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, ML, IoT, and cloud computing, and their applications in driving business value.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies and initiatives.Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on innovation and customer-centricity.At SharkNinja, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are vital to our global success.
