- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment on product goals and to drive product adoption.
- Use analytics and metrics to measure product performance and user engagement.
- Continuously optimize the product based on data insights and user feedback.
- Lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value.
- Manage the product backlog and ensure clarity and alignment on priorities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital product management, technology, and user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role, preferably in a digital or technology-focused company.
- Strong understanding of digital product development, user experience (UX) design, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that meet customer needs and drive business results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Leadership qualities, with experience managing and mentoring a team of product managers.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Aha, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
