POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is for highly organized and customer-centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous handyman experience is an asset, but not required - construction skills and experiences are necessary.

Looking for multi-skilled and experienced professionals who enjoy working on various home improvement projects that typically involve carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing and electrical, flooring, decks, small siding repairs, bath and kitchen remodels, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, siding repairs, etc.
  • Organizing and managing equipment and materials required to complete daily tasks
  • Work on job site with minimal supervision 
  • Lead team production on job site to ensure on-time and top quality delivery 
  • Working with Operations Manager and team members on achieving team and company goals
  • Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
  • Representing House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • 7 to 10+ years of residential and commercial repair, maintenance and remodel experience 
  • Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry
  • Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems
  • Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
  • A strong work ethic and highly dependable
  • Team player
  • Able to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
