The General Manager will oversee all departments and department Directors within Chick-fil-A Bellevue. They will work closely with the Owner/Operator to ensure the vision, values, and goals are being communicated daily.

Previous management/leadership experience is required. (prior restaurant industry experience preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Working knowledge of every area of the business
  • Manage staffing levels and achieve business results
  • Maintain positive relationships with employees
  • Strategize to improve sales and processes
  • Meet physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed
