Immediate Placement

TempExperts is seeking a Housing Support Administration for immediate placement with a government agency St. Petersburg, FL. 

This employee will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Housing Intake Management team and perform general office duties. The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail and able to manage large caseloads.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Data entry and processing facility-related correspondence.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Processing regularly scheduled reports for the management team.
  • Performs administrative work involving applicant and client interviewing.
  • Review applications ensuring all housing and income documentation is complete.
  • Reach out to customers to ensure voucher qualifications calculations.
  • Maintains files and contracts ensuring compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years office administrative experience.
  • Experience working with public housing or similar public support services preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Familiar with basic office equipment such as fax, printer, scanner, copier, etc.
  • Well-organized and comfortable multi-tasking.
  • Comfortable working on a timeline and large caseloads.
  • Excellent communicator – written and verbal.
