Are you a hard worker with 1-2 years of experience who wants to join our Sales Development Program. The goal of this program is to develop a Regional Sales Manager that contributes to company success by developing leads, establishing productive customer relationships, building and maintaining customer relationships, and closing business to achieve targeted sales goals. This is a great opportunity for engineering graduates looking to begin a sales career and those who have recently moved into an industrial sales role. 

We will train the right candidates on all aspects of our business. You will spend a pre-determined length of time rotating between departments; manufacturing, materials, service, applications engineering. When you have learned the appropriate product knowledge and sales skills, you will move to an outside sales position.

Associate’s degree in business or engineering disciplines Previous customer service experience (preferably 1-3 years in a B2B or industrial setting) Desire to build a strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques Mechanical aptitude is desired Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills Innovative, curious and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things Well spoken, good listener A team player that can work well with others and jump at opportunities to support your teammates Charismatic personality that can talk to anyone Strong written communication skills Motivated self-starter Willingness to travel and attend sales events or trade shows
