Account Executive

Job Overview:
This role offers an exciting opportunity for to help build and launch an exciting new venture, where you will be at the forefront of forging new relationships with high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Proactively network, attend industry events, leverage new and existing relationships, and establish unique channels to expand the organizations client base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate directly with leadership to develop and execute effective business development strategies
- Partner with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Maintain and nurture newly developed client accounts to maximize satisfaction and opportunities for growth
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills with a natural ability to connect
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Demonstrated business acumen, passion for achieving sales targets, and ability to negotiate effectively
- Impeccable organizational skills, excellent communicator, and a meticulous attention to detail
- Strategic and innovative individual who can think outside-the-box to create unique avenues for building a network and bringing in new clients
- Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's degree required
- Local to the Fort Lauderdale / Miami area with reliable transportation
