Responsibilities

  • Utilize 3D design to prepare roadway, drainage and Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) designs, calculations and drawings
  • Approach tasks with an open mindset; propose innovative solutions to design problems
  • Prepare engineering reports
  • Assign, track, and review tasks of technicians or designers
  • Serve as the Engineer-of-Record
  • Responsible for task management
  • Communicate effectively with team members, internal design groups, and external entities including clients, subconsultants, and relevant government agencies
  • Effectively present proposed design solutions as part of internal project meetings; may attend and contribute to presentations with external partiesContribute to the development of other team members through mentorship and positive behaviors

Requirements

  • Four+ years of experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License desired or obtained within six months of hire
  • Proficiency in Microstation and OpenRoads processes
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
