To support our team of dedicated attorneys, we are seeking a highly organized and skilled Law Office Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our firm. Duties will entail working closely with managing partner on analyzing and building on growth patterns, implementing processes to continue to maximize growth, accounts receivable, accounts payable, settlement processes, and various executive, administrative, and accounting duties; social media marketing experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the firm's administrative operations, including but not limited to office management, finances, human resources, and technology.
- Develop and implement firm policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Handle human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, staff development, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
- Coordinate the firm's technology systems, including case management software, document management, and IT support.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical regulations, including maintaining confidentiality and data security.
- Collaborate with senior partners to develop and execute the firm's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Law Firm Administrator or in a similar administrative role within a law firm.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of human resources practices.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Tech/marketing experience would be a plus
