What the day will look like
Provide outstanding and timely service and support to clients, relationship managers and originators Identify and analyze client exposures Facilitate the compilation of submission information in conjunction with clients, relationship managers, originators and service center support Finalize market submissions. Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of products and services, developing productive business relationships with key insurance underwriters Provide status updates and continuous support and service to clients during entire placement process and entire period of engagement by client (this is a continuous process) Handle and monitor premiums to prevent policy cancellation Drive utilization of all available technology throughout placement process and client service process, including managing files for each client or prospect. Develop, execute and implement client service plan Understand the causes of E&O and avoid and adopt practices to reduce exposure Adhere to all best practices Replicate effective products/solutions Retain and grow assigned clients/prospects Recognize and develop opportunities Adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior in all activities
