/ How you will make an impact:

As the Senior Finance Manager for NAM Operations, you will have a vital role in the transformation of our manufacturing sites and the implementation of effective global strategies. Located at our Lenexa, KS facility, you will collaborate with the Senior Director of NAM Operations to drive improvement initiatives and ensure seamless execution. Through the creation and implementation of strategic measures, you will boost productivity and enhance the overall customer experience, thereby contributing to the growth of a top-tier manufacturing organization.

What you will do:

Develop annual budgets and forecasts for North America Operations sites, identifying risks and opportunities to achieve financial targets. Enhance forecast processes to ensure the delivery of financial commitments. Drive prioritization and value achievement on investments for critical operations strategies and Corporate funded initiatives. Align operating plans at all levels of the organization to drive accountability and ensure organizational alignment. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals who consistently demonstrate exceptional performance in operations. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to advance the organization's agenda. Drive critical initiatives to improve operations profitability and achieve AOP goals. Provide strategic financial partnership and optimize profit margins for all sites. Develop outstanding manufacturing strategies to improve customer experience. Establish robust cost controls, reporting, and accountability. Lead internal and external audits and develop remediation plans. Improve processes through collaboration with the GBS team. Enhance quarterly balance sheet reviews.

How you will get here:

Education - Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Experience – 8+ years of relevant working experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Prior experience in Manufacturing is a must. Strong analytical and data gathering skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight time demands. Excellent skills in MS Excel; proficiency in Oracle, HFM/CMR, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong team building skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Travel requirements:

Less than 10% domestic/international travel required.
