Job Specifications:
- Proactively source and identify top tier talent through various channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers for recruitment plans
- Providing initial screening and interviews to identify top talent
- Develop recruitment strategies to enhance qualified candidates
- 5 plus years of Full cycle recruiting experience required for role
- Bachelors Degree required for role
- Experience recruiting for corporate roles such as HR, Marketing, Legal, Admin/Office, Procurement, etc. required for role
- Experience working with ATS system preferably SuccessFactors
