Paralegal Specialist

A personal injury attorney is seeking an experienced paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence for attorneys.
- Organizing and maintaining case files and documents.
- Meeting with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to discuss case details.
- Filing pleadings with the court clerk.
- Assisting with trial preparation by organizing exhibits and completing other tasks as needed.
- Working with demands and summarizing charts.
- Investigating facts and laws of cases and searching public records and other resources to prepare cases and determine causes of action.
- Reviewing discovery answers and drafting motions to compel.
- Working with discovery answers, exhibits, and other case materials.
Requirements:
This is a long-term position with the potential to become full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and excellent organizational skills. Bilingual is required. The position is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with the possibility of overtime as needed. The pay rate is $18-$24 per hour, based on experience.
