Overview
We are seeking a Platform Sales Specialist that will be responsible for generating growth from our strategic partnerships with Atlassian, OKTA, and Dell. The Platform Sales Specialist will have a strong on top of funnel business development, manage full pipeline with forecasting accuracy, close New Business, and help support Account Management teams, expanding current customers, specifically within platform area of expertise. You will leverage your deep understanding of data protection and HYCU’s product offerings to identify and address the needs and opportunities within small and large organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Boston, MA - *Preferred (Hybrid; 3 days onsite/2 days remote) Chicago, IL (Hybrid; 3 days onsite/2 days remote)What You’ll Do:
Deep subject matter expertise within the desired domain Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities Focus on financial outcomes and return on investment models built from the value of the HYCU offerings within the specific domain Present HYCU’s solutions, products and services to address clients’ specific needs Responsible for taking all first calls with prospects actively looking for the specific platform (i.e. Atlassian, Okta, Dell) Support all marketing and channel-initiated pipeline generation activities Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and other IT leaders Collaborate with internal teams (i.e. technical support, product management, marketing, engineering) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client satisfactionWhat We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 10+ years’ of sales experience in the SaaS or technology sector, with a focus on data protection, security, or related field is required Minimum of 7+ years’ of new business experience within the Global Fortune 5000 companies (200-10,000+ employee count) is preferred Minimum of 7+ years of specific domain selling experience within Atlassian, OKTA and Dell ecosystem Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding individual sales quotas and targets Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers Operational Excellence. Daily, weekly, and quarterly SFDC & Clari updates, close dates, MEDDPICC data, competitive information and lead follow up all within the defined SLA Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or a related field is preferredIt’s Great if You Have:
