Responsibilities

This is a learning role, where new associates are working with their team and proactively building skills and proficiencies in preparation for the next level up as a Mobile Representative. Must successfully complete new employee training. Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology. Build proficiencies related to serving and selling T-Mobile products to our customers, while providing a best-in-class customer experience by:Helping our customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey with consultative selling and services.Exploring individual needs and provides hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.Guiding customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise.Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store. Approach service and sales needs with care, patience, honesty, and empathy. Become skilled and be able to consistently demonstrate the ability to balance customer service experience and performance goals. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Spanish Bilingual Preferred. High School Diploma/GED Required. Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail sales or customer service industry (previous Wireless retail sales, preferred). Basic math skills. Track record of achieving sales quotas/goals. Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships. Must be flexible to work various shifts throughout the week which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand long periods of time. Knowledge of the wireless industry standards and technology is preferred. Exhibits a can-do attitude that is positive, supportive, and cooperative. Team player that can work along peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. Can effectively balance customer needs and performance goals. At least 18 years of age. Pass a pre-employment background check (will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all laws). Legally authorized to work in the United States.
