Overview

Verge Mobile, a T-Mobile Premium Partner, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and selling T-Mobile products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to customers in-store and over the phone.
  • Sell T-Mobile products and services to customers, including wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
  • Build relationships with customers and understand their needs to provide personalized solutions.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on T-Mobile products and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of the wireless industry and T-Mobile products and services a plus.
