Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Professionally handle incoming and outgoing requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. Must be an effective and thorough communicator, detail oriented and able to gather pertinent customer details, all while giving an excellent customer experience. Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to scheduling appointments, relaying detailed messages through email, processing credit card payments, data entry, and de-escalating customer concerns. Maintain a balance between company policies and customer benefit in decision-making. Handles issues in the best interests of customers and the company. Ongoing Comprehensive Training - regularly attend and participate in support
Qualifications
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Customer service experience required. (call center experience preferred). Ability to provide exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Demonstrated passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers. Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude. Strong decision-making and analytical abilities. Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and possible weekend rotations as required.
