THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and call handling metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using call center software and other computer applications.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
- Customer-centric attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
