Port Chester, United States Corps Team Full time
Our client, a water technology provider, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 6+ month contract opportunity located in Rye Brook, NY. This role is on a hybrid schedule with Tuesday - Thursday onsite, and Monday and Friday remote.

Summary
You will perform administrative and office support activities for multiple professionals within the Global Tax department.

Duties
  • Assisting with various miscellaneous income and non-income related tax filings.
  • Helping coordinate responses to tax notices and communications with taxing jurisdictions.
  • Liaising with third-party advisers to manage expectations and ensure all tasks are taking place according to assigned schedules.
  • Assisting with the implementation of internal self-service communication platforms to streamline correspondence with the Tax department.
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support for the Tax Department.
  • Maintaining tax department budget analysis and tracking all vendor invoices with third party advisors.
  • Managing tax return filing calendars and coordinating meetings.
Experience
  • Must have experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must have professional level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must have strong Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • 5-10 years admin/clerical experience preferred.
Pay Rate- $25.00 - $29.83/hour
