We are searching for an experienced, dynamic, proactive Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our office team.
**The job description**:
- You will work closely with the Human Resources and Business Office Managers, to help ensure their departments run smoothly and efficiently:
- Provide clerical support: data entry, filing, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office documents
- Order office supplies; research new deals and suppliers
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients and vendors as needed

- ** Excellent Verbal & Written Communications Skills**: You must be an effective, concise, persuasive communicator, both verbal **and** written
- **Proactive, outgoing**: Our facility is very upbeat, open, and interactive; everyone is expected to be an integral part of the department's success. We need an Admin Assistant who enjoys regular, productive conversation and is unafraid to speak up, to provide suggestions and advice.
- **Innovative, creative problem-solver**:We need an Admin Assistant who innately sees "the big picture" to help keep the departments organized and improving.
- **Self-starter**:You will receive significant training and ongoing support, but you will NOT be micro-managed. We need a self-motivated, persistent Admin Assistant with the drive to keep it going every day. We teach an employee to rock, then give them room to roll
**Experience/Education**:
- High School diploma, some college preferred
- Minimum six months' Office Admin experience
- Some healthcare-related experience preferred but not required
