Proficiency in data analytics, capable of translating insights into actionable recruitment strategies.

Required Skill/Ability 3:

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Phenom.

Required Skill/Ability 4:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
