As the first point of contact for their clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Salary: $22.00/hr
Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction:
    • Greet clients in a warm and professional manner as they arrive.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
    • Assist clients with inquiries regarding services, repairs, and other garage-related information.
  • Billing and Payments:
    • Handle the settlement of bills, processing payments, and providing receipts for services rendered.
    • Manage cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
    • Reconcile daily payment records and report discrepancies.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle repairs and services.
    • Maintain and organize client records, service history, and other relevant documentation.
    • Assist with ordering and inventory management of office and garage supplies.
    • Support the garage manager with additional tasks as needed.
  • Software and Systems:
    • Input and update data in our management systems.
    • If familiar with Mitchell 1, leverage the software for estimating, invoicing, and managing repair orders.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Previous experience working in a repair shop is a strong plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Familiarity with Mitchell 1 is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
