Company servicing rubbish removal, post-construction cleaning, and security monitoring is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to lead and manage our sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing seven salespeople, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth across our rubbish removal, post-construction cleaning, and security monitoring services.

Experience managing a sales team is a must.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of seven salespeople, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new sales representatives to support business growth.
