Your Role

As a member of our team, you will:
- Receive mentorship and comprehensive training from Day 1 within a supportive sales culture.
- Work in a proven and efficient global business with streamlined systems, excellent back-end processing, and robust compliance support.
- Create and implement sales plans to drive measurable results.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Develop marketing and sales initiatives to build your pipeline—full training provided.
- Achieve personal sales goals to maximize success.
- Monitor sales conversions and overall performance on a monthly basis.
- Participate in regular training calls with sales leaders for inspiration and practical success tips.

What We're Looking For

- Eight or more years of experience in marketing, customer service, or sales.
- Highly independent, disciplined work ethic and strong self-motivation to achieve results autonomously.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for achieving sales goals.
- An open mind and willingness to explore new ways of working.
- Fluency in English.
