We currently seek a full-time Office Manager to join our team in Ithaca, NY.

Salary Range: $27.17/hour to $29.74/hour

Primary Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief of Operations, this position is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Ithaca Office by acting as a liaison between the Professional Management Directors and Ithaca personnel.

Implementation and oversight of policies and procedures enacted by the Board of Managers of the Firm and the Firm’s professional management team Serve as a liaison between the Professional Management Directors and the Ithaca Office in identifying and accomplishing short and long term organization goals and initiatives related to the Ithaca office and provide feedback and routine reporting to the Professional Management Directors Supervision of all operation aspects of the Ithaca Office to include:Work with Director of Records Management and Facilities relating to building operations, security and communications with landlordCoordination of administrative coverage for the Ithaca Office and direct point of contact for staff member questions and concernsWork with Director of Human Resources as neededOnboarding new attorneys and staff membersWork with IT Manager in daily oversight of information and communication systems and equipmentWork with Director of Records Management and Facilities in oversight of records managements systems and policies Work with Director of Marketing as needed

Education, Experience and Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Minimum 5 years of office administration experience Excellent interpersonal and client service skills Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate Ability to manage and maintain confidential records High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, file management software and clients relationship management systems and software programs Highest level of personal and professional ethics and a detailed understanding of a law firm’s professional responsibilities with respect to its business and financial relationships
