Job Skills / Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all security-related calls and alarms promptly
  • Dispatch security personnel to various locations within the organization
  • Maintain accurate records of all incidents and dispatches
  • Monitor all security equipment, including CCTV, alarm systems and access control systems
  • Collaborate with management and emergency services to ensure safety and security of personnel and facilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Alert security management of any security breaches or concerns
  • Assist with training of new security personnel
Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must have an active/valid Guard Card.
  • Must be at least 18 years old. High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
