Catering Sales Manager

">Successful candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business, or bring 3 years of relevant experience. Preferably, have two years of combined experience in events within an upscale establishment. Use analytical skills to measure business potential and hotel value, and present information effectively to top-level clients and colleagues. Understand departmental interaction and organizational structure in a hospitality context. Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Marriott systems is a plus. Communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner, both in writing and verbally, to meet/exceed client needs while supporting resort business goals through strong probing and negotiation skills. Read, analyze, and interpret scientific, technical, and legal documents, expertly resolve customer complaints, and possess a self-motivated and competitive drive.
