We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Physical Security Systems Engineer to join our Corporate Engineering, Physical Security Engineering team. This role is located in Nashville, TN or Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.  (Must reside within a commutable distance to the office location.)

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Deploy and support the technology systems used by our 24/7 Global Physical Security division including  Access Control and CCTV Video Surveillance.
  • Implement new technology solutions that provide new capabilities to our Physical Security teams.
  • You will support back-end and middleware components in addition to hardware and software endpoints.  This includes break/fix incident management, product updates and change management.
  • You will work closely with our Security Technology vendors to support and maintain products.
  • You will also investigate new industry solutions in the physical security space to meet emerging needs to elevate our employee’s in-office experience.  This includes biometrics and emerging technologies.
     

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • In-depth expertise using and supporting physical security technology products such as Software House C-Cure 9000 for Access control and Victor Video or Genetec Security Center for CCTV surveillance.
  • Linux and Windows Server troubleshooting experience along with familiarity with SQL and PowerShell.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, cyber vulnerability analysis and remediation 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.   
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends when needed.
