Provides technical guidance in the solution of manufacturing improvements. Conducts methods and systems studies to improve effectiveness in operational execution. Researches and improves processes and procedures to reduce costs while maintaining safety, quality, and schedules. Ensures that all documentation is correct in defining the process for operations. Three (3) years of related experience in aerospace manufacturing, engineering, or production management

Preferred Experience Five (5) years of experience in aircraft manufacturing or an MRO.
