Essential Functions:

What will you do?

  • Influence and teach  employees to ensure our team is equipped with knowledge to support the Prepared Foods, 

  • Independently travel  and visit stores with a strong understanding of each uniquelocation to ensure training standards and requirements are met.

  • Facilitate training  and development programs to ensure performance and financial metrics are achieved.

  • Collaborate  with client to identify areas of development opportunity for associates.

  • Work closely with Acosta’s client base to understandpresent training needs, assign and execute formalized training programs, plans and curriculum that align with the business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

What you will bring to the team:

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to freely and as part of a team set up displays, take part in resets and remodels.

  • Understanding & knowledge of Prepared Foods, Meat, Café, Produce, Floral, Freezer, Cooler, and Deli production skills within the clubs.

  • Ability to influence and support leaders to implement best practices.

  • Strong skills with Microsoftoffice products which include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to manage financials, including P&L responsibilities.

  • Technical experience in coreretail Fresh Foods, and/or Deli operations and/or supervisory/management preferred.

  • Willingness to travel using valid driver’s license.

  • Food Safety Certification (provided by company if needed)

  • High School Diploma/GED
