Job Description

Position Summary:
The Events Coordinator works directly with the Event Manager to develop and implement all special events and promotions. Responsibilities include collaborating directly with internal departments, as well as external vendors and agencies to ensure all events are successfully executed.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Ensure all promotions and events are communicated property wide.
3. Maintain and build relationships with internal and external departments/agencies/vendors.
4. Conceptualize the development for special events and promotions.
5. Ensure all special event and promotional rules are written and properly submitted.
6. Assist with gift sourcing and purchasing.
7. Manage marketing inventory.
8. Monitor and submit check requests, payments to vendors and accounts payable paperwork.
