Conduct regular data audits and quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations. Provide training and support to staff on data management best practices, database usage, and reporting tools. Explore opportunities to enhance data capabilities through the integration of new technologies and automation solutions. Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in data management, business administration, information technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in data management, analysis, or database administration, preferably in a non-profit or association setting. Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., association management software, CRM platforms) and data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Bi, Metabase). Preference for experience with YourMembership, Freestone LMS, or other Association Management Systems. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively. Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel will be a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for data security and privacy. Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.Benefits:

Salary Range: Non-Exempt, Salaried (40 hours a week) $65,-75, commensurate with experience.
