Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Technician I to join our team at iSoftTek Solutions Inc. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for testing and repairing data center components, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and repair data center components using various testing rigs and jigs
  • Maintain inventory and check-out parts as needed
  • Lift materials and products, loading and unloading shipments, and transporting parts between locations
  • Execute small projects independently and work with managers to plan and execute larger local projects
  • Understand all aspects of the equipment you support and innovate and make decisions on your own

Requirements:

  • Detailed-oriented with experience in IT/computer components
  • Ability to work in a high-security environment with multiple screening
  • Interest in hardware components and ability to stay on task and focus on quality
