Powertrain Functional Safety Calibration Core Engineer

Functional safety is a critical proficiency for Ford as Product Development increasingly seeks to implement new powertrain technologies that require safety-critical software/calibration to deliver sophisticated control actions. This need is driven by Ford's desire to continue to be a leader in technologies such as advanced propulsion systems and their integration with vehicle dynamic control, active safety, and driver assistance systems. Only by ensuring that these sophisticated technologies are accurately crafted and calibrated for functional safety, will Ford deliver the highest quality products.

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering 2 years plus experience with powertrain calibration 2 years plus proficiency working with calibration tools (ATI, ETAS)Even better, you may have…
