Summary:

Lead the sales efforts to achieve revenue goals and exceed targets Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and expand existing accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in sales, in the hospitality industry (minimum over 5 years) Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
