The Opportunity: 

Mattel is currently seeking a Sr Business Analytics Coordinator for our East Aurora, NY campus. This position will primarily oversee product testing and deployment, analysis of the impact of systems, and the focus on improving/automating wherever possible within our DTC business.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

Identify behaviors, service patterns, and trends to drive the Supply Chain strategy execution and support E-Commerce as it grows Track data on performance metrics (call center performance, customer experience and warehouse execution, etc.). Examples include Average Handle Time (AHT) and Contact Volume Develop UAT scripts, collaborate with training to build step by step directions and SOPs Build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers while receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction. Be the point of contact for training, quality assurance to develop individual and group skills

What We’re Looking For:

Understanding of Customer Service processes and functions Demonstrated ability in data analysis to include interpretation, identification of trends, and recommendations for action Written and verbal communications skills, tailoring communications and level of detail to multiple levels of staff and management Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels and ability to function in a team environment Ability to engage and influence to drive support for ideas, initiatives, projects or changes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira Presentation, facilitation and project management skills E-commerce portal or related systems experience is preferred CRM tool experience is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field Minimum 3 years of business experience in Consumer Services, Forecasting or Business Analysis Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.

The base hourly rate for this position is between $22 and $27.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
