Keeps abreast of new hardware and software developments, evaluates alternative approaches, and recommends new software or modifications which enhance operations and reliability. Ensure NERC CIP compliance requirements are meet and maintained. Participation in 24x7 on-call rotation

Required/Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Other Related Degree 1 plus year(s) related work experience In lieu of Bachelor's degree(s) AND 1 plus year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 3 plus year(s) related work experience

Ability to effectively prioritize work activities based on priority

Working Conditions:

Hybrid Mobility Classification – Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period. However, hybrid employees should live within a reasonable daily commute to a Duke Energy facility Office, Prolonged Sitting
