Job Description: 
From new member recruitment to oversight of the membership committee, to the maintenance and development of positive relations with local and visiting members it’s required that our Membership Coordinator has an ample knowledge and ability to enhance our guest’s overall experience. The Membership Coordinator in this position will ensure their team always executes stellar customer service, will set high standards for service and hospitality and will act as an ambassador for our brand in and outside of the club. Our Membership Coordinator will be responsible for executing and facilitating all member events, social media, communication, graphics and must have exceptional personal skills and will make themselves accessible for the staff to address questions or concerns. The Membership Coordinator will play an active part in the creation and implementation of the member’s services & events programming, helping to ensure that events are well planned, communicated and executed.
Salary: $55K + Benefits

Qualifications: 
  • A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Membership Coordinator must possess;
  • The Membership Coordinator must have experience with high profile guests;
  • The Membership Coordinator must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity;
  • The Membership Coordinator must be flexible and able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays;
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospitality guest or member facing environment is a requirement of the Membership Coordinator;
  • The Membership Coordinator must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an events environment.
