Excited to receive competitive pay ranging from $18.45 to $22.10 per hour, this onsite position in Verona offers a fulfilling opportunity to positively impact the lives of others. What matters mostTo excel as a Resident Assistant at Four Winds Manor, Inc., you must possess a compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills to effectively assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living. CBRF certification is a must-have, showcasing your commitment to providing top-notch care in a safe environment. Previous experience working with older adults, especially those in dementia care and rehabilitation, will give you an edge in understanding and meeting the unique needs of our residents. High school diploma or equivalent education is required to ensure you have the foundational knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Your professionalism and dedication will be key assets in this energizing and high-performance work environment, where your skills will be valued and your growth supported.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Certificate/License: Must be CBRF certified.
- Work Experience: Prefer experience working with older adults, dementia care, and rehabilitation residents.
